Return & Exchange Guidelines
At Vamped, we want every piece you buy to feel perfect. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return/exchange process for eligible items within 48 hours of delivery. Just drop us an email or raise a request, and we’ll take it from there.
Returns
1) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
2) Initiating a Return
Email us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos/video of the product
• Reason for return
3) Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
4) Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the returned item does not meet our conditions, it will be sent back without a refund.
5) COD Orders
• COD refunds will be credited as Vamped Wallet Balance for future purchases.
Exchanges -
1) Eligibility
Exchanges are available only if:
• You received a defective or damaged product
• You received the wrong item
2) Initiating an Exchange
Email us at support within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
• Order number
• Photos/videos of the issue
• The item you’d like to exchange it for
3) Exchange Process
Once approved:
• We will guide you through the return steps
• After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will ship your replacement
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased during sale/discount offers
• Products under ₹99
• Any item showing signs of wear or damage
